WOW!! I'm so excited about the opening of Shanghai Disneyland! I'm a huge fan of Walt Disney and his works, so this event is really grand for me! Watching the Grand Opening of the new Disneyland in Shanghai makes me imagining how Walt Disney will smile from above, watching another happiest place on earth is being opened for a lot of people. His legacy is just so beautiful.

Due to my excitement, I decided to post a photo gallery of my last trip to Hong Kong Disneyland! I went to this happy place back in 2013. I remember how joyful I was to finally visit Disneyland! So, here are some photos I took:

That is my visual diary of my wonderful day at Hong Kong Disneyland. I'm not an adventurous type of person who loves the adrenaline rush from the fastest roller coaster. So, I didn't really ride that kind of attractions. However, I really enjoyed the vibe of Disneyland. I believe I almost teared up when I heard the instrumental version of 'When You Wish Upon A Star' blasting from the speakers. I guess I was just too overwhelmed to be there, since visiting Disneyland was one of my dreams. Everything I saw and experienced in there was so magical. Now, I know why it's called the happiest place on earth, because it just is!

My next dream is to visit all the Disney Resorts all around the world. With just one place off the list, there are still so many places to go. There are Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Paris Disneyland, Disney World in Orlando, and of course the first Disneyland ever in California. Now Shanghai Disneyland is added to that list! I wish I will be able to visit them all someday!

More sneak peek of the inside of Shanghai Disneyland :D

As we grow older, we become more mature and more realistic at times. All those big ambitions we had when we were little are put aside, and we focus on the reality we're facing. It's like we're being structured day by day as we're getting older. Our new responsibilities, such as earning money, become the center of our attention, and we tend to forget what we really want deep inside.

People can change. Our dreams can change. As we're getting older, our interests can change too. When we were little, we dreamed of becoming a doctor, or a pilot, or even a superhero. It was what we wanted to do at that moment, that pure ambition that we believed we could achieve someday. I really love the spirit of the little children. That sparkles in their eyes when they're just enjoying life and never worry about anything. Why can't we be like that again?

When we're getting too realistic we life, we can easily become a pessimist. It's not good. Living a pessimist life will make life becomes even much more tougher than it already is. We shall embrace our inner child again, summon that pure and innocent spirit that we have. The spirit where we believe that we can be anything we want to be. Yes, we can't change the reality we're having right now. We still need to earn money, pay the bills, etc, but remember that you have the choice to do what you want and satisfy your own desire.

Maybe you still have the same dreams since you were little, or your dreams have changed, it doesn't matter. What matter is you try reaching it so passionately just like when you were a little kid. Honestly speaking, for yourself 10 or 20 years from now, yourself at this moment is considered 'little'. So, just start dreaming and start reaching out for it. Don't disappoint yourself by not trying at all. Believe that all those efforts will be worth it at the end.

I made a promise to show you some of my favorite Youtubers and I'm about to fulfill that promise. Few weeks ago I wrote a post about How Youtube Changes My Life, it tells a story about how this Youtubers have affected my life in a good way. Watching Youtube has become a daily routine for me now. Right after I arrive at home after work, I will open my laptop and watch some videos from my subscriptions. It really helps me relax and chill for a while, and also boost my mood when I'm down.

Out of all the contents I can find on Youtube, my favorite kinds of videos are vlogs, Q & A, favorites, hauls, travel videos, and also funny challenges. There are a few channels that I really adore and I want to share my joy of watching them with you. I will list some of them here in no specific order, because they're all have a special place in my heart.




If you're the type of person who enjoys listening to people keep rumbling on about what they have in mind, then maybe you'll love this girl. She's a beauty and fashion blogger, yet she has a lot of various contents on her blog and Youtube channel that you will enjoy. Be aware that her videos can be so long as she keeps talking about the stuff that she loves, but I do enjoy listening to her since she's always so cheerful and positive. She also has a vlogging channel called More Zoella, where she did vlogmas before and I hope she will do it again this year because I enjoyed it way too much! Other than that she has a beauty product range called Zoella Beauty and her newest collection is just too sweet! She's also the author of Girl Online novel series. She even got herself and her boyfriend, Alfie (also a Youtuber) made into their own wax statue at Madame Tussauds London! How insane!

What I adore about her is the fact that even with all her achievements, she's still managed to be a friendly and down to earth person. She's also a strong girl who's dealing with her anxiety and problem attack positively. She's really quite a role model for me :)




"Gooood morning, guys!" That sentence is Alfie Deyes' catchphrase because he always says it with his unique tone every time he begins his vlogs. He's doing a daily vlog (which means he vlogs,edits, and uploads EVERYDAY!), he has a main channel full of a lot of fun challenges, and also a gaming channel where he will play The Sims! My favorite game ever! He also has a PB Merchandise which I really wish to have!

Alfie is a really fun and daring person. He loves doing fun challenge videos and I really enjoy watching his daily activity with his friends. If you haven't recognized already from the video above, Alfie is Zoella's boyfriend. They are often up to a really fun and interesting collaboration together and also with their other Youtuber friends. Stay tune on his channels for a lot of fun with them!





Meet this cute little Irish family who currently lives in England. Jonathan and Anna are definitely the sweetest couple with the cutest babies, Emilia and Eduardo. They are uploading this sweet little vlog everyday just to make me smile watching them. Their family name, Sacconejoly, is the joined name between Anna's (Saccone) and Jonathan's (Joly), there you have it! The Sacconejolys! Jonathan record most of the vlog, edit it, and upload it, but Anna do help with the vlogs too, don't get her wrong. Anna also has her own channel where she talks about her eating and fitness llifestyle, her kids, favorites, beauty stuff, etc. I really enjoy watching her videos with her kids, because it's just too cute not to watch. Jonathan also has his own channel, but he hasn't uploaded any new videos. I guess, he's just too busy already with their daily vlogs, his wife, kids, and the six dogs. Subscribe to them to become their friends! :)



Want to do a workout but don't know where to start? Then this Youtube channel will be perfect for you! Blogilates is founded by the one and only Cassey Ho, who will be your helpful and fun pilates instructor. You can subscribe to her newsletter and monthly workout calendar on her website, or simply scrolling through the videos on her channel and find one workout video that you want to try. She's so friendly and talks a lot in her videos, which is good to keep us distracted from the workout we're doing. She also makes videos about clean eating with simple recipes that we can make at home. Other than that, she also has a fitness clothing line called POPFLEX and the clothes are gorgeous!




This channel is one of the earliest subscriptions I had. I fell in love with her style and amazing photos on Instagram then I realized that she has a Youtube channel, which made me so excited! Jenn Im is such a sweet Korean girl who grew up in the US. Her videos are mainly about fashion and beauty. She also do some vlogs once in a while which I enjoy watching so much. I really love her look book videos and beauty tutorial. I find them inspiring, and they help me to get myself ready perfectly. She recently collaborated with ColourPop and created her beauty range called 'Jenn Ne Sais Quoi'. If you like the videos above, then you need to check out her channel for more!





LASTDAY Production is a channel full of a lot of funny yet realable videos, basically our daily lives on the screen. These videos are in Bahasa Indonesia, but they do have the English subtitles. So, even if you don't understand Bahasa Indonesia, you'll still be able to understand what they're talking about. I really admire the crew, especially Guntur and Pao Pao, because they have bring a new color for Youtube in Indonesia. Few days ago, Pao Pao just uploaded her first ever vlog on her own channel which made me so excited! Hope she will keep uploading more!





She's one of my favorite Indonesian fashion bloggers! She's such a sweet and pretty girl with a really good sense of fashion. Her videos are mostly about fashion and beauty, but there are also some travelling videos, and videos about her love story #111LoveStory, which I adore so much! I first discovered her on Instagram as well, then she became more active on Youtube, and I couldn't be happier. Go read her blog too, if you're into fashion and beauty! :)




She's a Korean who has been living in Indonesia for quite some time.  Her vlogs are so hilarious to watch, especially when she's role playing with her dolls. Unfortunately, she's doing her videos in Bahasa Indonesia, so if you don't understand the language, it will be quite hard to enjoy the video. However, for all the Indonesian people who loves anything Korea-related, you'll love her channel, because you'll learn more about Korea from her. :D




Those are some channels that I love for now. Honestly I still have a lot of recommendations for you, but I realize it's been quite a long post already. So, I think I will write those recommendations on other posts (yes! POSTS!). Hope you find a channel or two that you love already, because it's going to be such waste to miss this fun world of Youtube.

I still can't believe that she's no longer with us in this world that we live in. She's such a talented girl and I feel really sad for her to be gone in such a tragedy. However, I know she's in a better place and thanks to her channel on Youtube, I still can listen to her beautiful voice and watch her performing beautifully. May God gives strength to her loved ones who have to go through this huge loss.

It's Monday again! Is there anyone nagging about it? Well, I dare you to stop nagging too much about Mondays or any other problems that you're dealing with in life!

I know life isn't easy. When you have problems, you will feel as if there is this huge burden on your back. I do have problems these days. However, lately I realized that I was dealing with them in a wrong way. I was depressed, hiding myself, and also blaming others and myself. I was being so negative. The answer is I need to be positive when dealing with life problems! I need to just enjoy these problems! Deal with it calmly and patiently.

Of course, it's easier said than done. Sometimes I am dragged into the negative zone once again and have to struggle so hard to be positive again. Even though it's hard, I'm sure I will keep getting better and better every time I have new problems. I just need to keep reminding myself to enjoy the life I'm having, because all these problems will teach me something in the end. Nagging or blaming others, or even my own self, will not help anything. The only way to help me is being positive and loving every minute of it! So, let's try harder on being positive, guys!

May is a month with a lot of food travelling! I ate a lot of food! Thankfully, I managed to control my weight. Let's see what I've been eating:


This is one of my friend's business, and I decided to try it out! Go find her on Instagram @tal.homebaked, because I really enjoy these tart! The price is around 10k-15k for one gigantic tart!




Tried out this dessert place at Tunjungan Plaza 4 Surabaya. There are a lot of varieties of desserts, from Korean, Japanese, etc. My boyfriend ordered the one with the peaches (too bad I forget the exact name, sorry 😭), and I ordered Matcha Parfait! The price range is around 30k-50k above, but I really love the environment of the cafe.

This restaurant has become my favorite one this month! I went twice, ordering the same dish! I ordered this Chicken Katsu Curry Udon and took a lot of chilis and green onions on the side. I also bought some fried snacks like the tempura, fish stick, and vegetable tempura. For the drink I chose the free flow cold ocha. I ate this with my boyfriend and we spent around 95k for all of these. I really enjoyed the restaurant's vibe too, that's why I kept coming back to this place last month.




Finally got a chance to try this new hype restaurant in Surabaya! They serve cheesy pork ribs that melts  beautifully (98k). For those who doesn't like pork, don't worry there's a chicken option for this dish. I definitely ordered the chicken one, because I love chicken more than pork. I also recommend the Pillow Curry Rice (28k), because the curry is so delicious! (but I might be biased since I love curry way too much 😝). The Spicy Celebes Rice (28k) is also yummy, and I ate it all up happily!

Randomly craving for puff and remembered that there was this one store who sold it at PTC. So, I went to buy some. I bought the Nutella, Cookies and Cream, and Kuro Matcha. They were all so delicious! I would like to buy some again. The price range is around 12k-16k for one puff.





My little sister ordered this fries and I tried it out. She ordered the Grovy Garlic one. It was delicious but I found that the sauce on top was too much. Next time I order, I will definitely ask for less sauce.





I really love grocery shopping and buy the things I never tried before! Last month I bought some random snacks at Hokky Graha Family. I munched them all happily one by one!




Last month I did a one-day trip to Malang! I ate and did a lot of good stuff! I decided to make one full post about it. Here's the link to read the post!




My little sister bought another fries. It was so big that my family members could munched it all joyfully.


Found this cute Brownies Tart with Hershey's. I found it so unique because it combined brownies and tart. It's also such a sweet and yummy dessert. Bought the Choco Brownies one (15k)!


Some things never changed. I always tempted to buy this rice box (25k). This time I also bought the small bottle of the chili (35k) just to complete the spiciness on my lunch box that I bring everyday to work. It only lasts for 2 weeks though, so I need to ate it fast!


My mom wanted to try out this new nastar by Mayasi. I has to say that I love this one.




I know I'm so late, but I just tried out this famous Terang Bulan maker in town. My little brother once ordered the Nutella one and I loved it! The martabak is also really tasty and the portions are really big. I especially love the Green Tea Kitkat Terang Bulan. It's also very convenient because you can just ordered it via Go-Food. I found a lot of Gojek drivers when I went to visit the stall.
